This collection of notecards was inspired by the book :Cunningham's Encyclopedia of Magical Herbs by Scott Cunningham and a love of the mystery of astrology.. In astrology, the four elements are fire, earth, air, and water. Each element is associated with a zodiac sign. Every plant also contains the four elements. Some elements in plants are more dominant than others and are associated with astrological traits.
About Mary Fran Caradamone
M.F. Cardamone is a native of Mount Airy , Pennsylvania, She studies art at Tyler
School of Art and horticulture at the Barnes Arboretum School in Merion ,PA.
While researching and collecting plants for her own garden, she became fascinated by their history and power to sustain and heal .
“I’m in awe of the natural world and its beauty. I wanted to create a body of work to help advocate for nature, and to share some of the wonderful and curious things I’ve learned about plants”.
Shipping Policy
At Garland of Letters Bookstore, we do our absolute best to get your products shipped to you as quickly as possible. We ask that you please allow 2-3 working days for processing your payment and packaging your order. All orders will be shipped on Monday and Thursdays via USPS as of now owing to the small structure of organisation.

If an item is currently unavailable, we are usually ordering more. Please visit the site periodically to see if an item is back in stock. Due to the small size of our operation, we are only able to process returns in-person, at our store in Philadelphia, PA, or shipped back at the cost of the customer.
All returns are for store credit only.
Incense, Candles, Crystals, Body Products and Tarot decks will not be accepted for returns once opened/used.
Markdowns are Final Sale
To be eligible for store credit, all product returns must be returned in a resalable condition.
We urge you to take an unboxing video to be entitled for a faster processing of the returns.
