At Garland of Letters Bookstore, we do our absolute best to get your products shipped to you as quickly as possible. We ask that you please allow 2-3 working days for processing your payment and packaging your order. All orders will be shipped on Monday and Thursdays via USPS as of now owing to the small structure of organisation.

Due to the small size of our operation, we are only able to process returns in-person, at our store in Philadelphia, PA, or shipped back at the cost of the customer.
All returns are for store credit only.
Incense, Candles, Crystals, Body Products and Tarot decks will not be accepted for returns once opened/used.
Markdowns are Final Sale
To be eligible for store credit, all product returns must be returned in a resalable condition.
